I had a really nice time and everything was so clean and nice and the staff was very understanding and cooperative and I just love their heated pool

Staff was fine, we had 2 rooms non smoking but one smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed are not comfortable the sheets and covers are very thin with cigarette burns all through them. Spotted cockroachs in my room. They got two stars for rate and because TV worked.

I didn't feel all that safe, seeing & hearing foot traffic as well as cars and doors closing, and the fact that with the door being closed it really wasn't, I could see outside through the door(gap), the chain lock was busted, hanging by a stripped nail barely hanging on/in itself.

Liked the inside pool. Typical right off highway place lots of workers staying. Quiet but outside is pretty overgrown. I would stay here again anytime though.

The beds were dirty. There was bugs, the water was brown. There was crumbs of dirt on the bed. When we tried to check out the staff took too long to accommodate us. The breakfast they offer was only cereal.

The room was filthy and I was promised television service...after three days I gave up and left, even though I paid for a week!!!!!!!!! plus they ruined my New Years. I always watch the ball drop. I will never stay at a Super 8 ever again. NEVER. P.S. what's so super about Super 8 ?

The two men that works the front desk was very nasty & rude. The sign on the outside list that the pool is heated but the pool actually feels like Antarctica & it’s indoors. The bed sheets & blankets had cigarette holes in them , The staircase leading to the 2nd floor was reeking of urine also to receive new towels you had to take the old wet ones back to the desk to receive new ones..Eventhough it is a motel it could still be clean & kept up!
