Flott rom! Moderne, stilrent og delikat. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Det kom dårlig frem da vi bestilte at det ikke var balkong til det rommet vi bestilte, det var en uteplass rundt hjørnet som var satt av til oss. Vi måtte låse leiligheten da vi skulle sitte der. Det var informasjon om at vi kunne få rene håndkler hver 3. dag, og sengetøy hver 5. dag.Dette måtte vi hente selv hos resepsjonisten, ingen som låser seg inn i leiligheten under oppholdet-med mindre man har bestilt daglig renhold. Sånn sett følte vi det trygt i forhold til eiendeler. Deilig bassengområde. Vaskemaskin, tørketrommel og strykejern var tilgjengelig for gjester.

Sehr praktisch dass, man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Supermarkt und Strand in unter 5 Minuten. Wir waren im April mit unseren Kleinkind dort, eine Heizung im Bad wäre wünschenswert gewesen… Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist sonst nicht schlecht.

In unserem Appartement gab es 2 Balkone. Einen mit Meerblick, der andere mit blick auf den Pool. Supermarkt ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.

Holiday for 5 nights with family

We stayed for 5 nights and had : Apartment, 2 Bedrooms, Balcony, Sea View. New towels after 3 days but no cleaning at all during the stay. AC was quiet and not blowing directly towards beds.Beds were good . Dishwasher ! 2 balconies with sun protections -also windows had blockings. No problems to leave luggage and use pool and even have a shower in gym after checkout which was nice as we had a late flight. Friendly staff . Close to beach which has lots of shadow (trees) but is a bit boring as its stones everywhere (we knew that). Supermarket 300m away and also close to restaurants. 15min with taxi to airport

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nina Apartments. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed - it looked like everything was brand new. We loved having 2 balconies where we could sit out and enjoy the sea views out to Brijuni islands. It was perfect for us with our 3 children. They loved the swimming pool and it was an easy walk to the beach, the play park and the town. Lovely quiet streets without too many cars and you can avoid cars altogether by walking along the promenade to the town. We could not fault the hosts - Sanja gave us a warm welcome and answered all of our questions. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Komfor sa stilom i pogledom na more

Sjajno mjesto, bez ijedne zamjerke! Iznimno ugodan i moderno opremljen interijer, prostrane sobe i kupaonica, vrlo ljubazna domaćica. Tu su i lijepo dvorište s bazenom te privatni parking. Lokacija je također nenadmašna - u ugodnom susjedstvu, s plažom koja je udaljena svega minutu hoda, dok za desetak minuta lagane šetnje stižete do centra Fažane. Sve u svemu, Villa Nina je mjesto na koje ću se vrlo rado vratiti!

Upgraded from bedroom to apt worth the extra. Property condition & cleanliness superb. Apt good sell cater, dish towel,wash up,bin bags, salt & pepper, mod cons. Free Wi-fi, safe, air con. Good location 5 min walk to Fazana town , 2 mins to pebble beach & sea. Supermarket just 2 mins walk & 3 mins to bus stop to Pula. Staff very helpful & good English speakers. Ask for ideas & they can help. Took car hire, on site parking, Pula, Porec, Labin & Rabac all nice to visit. Late Sept visit so quiet & relaxed. Trip to Brijuni island nice also. All in would use this apartment complex again. One down side watch out for mosquitoes use a spray.

Very clean, comfortable apartments near the port of Fazana. Helpful staff even if on the first day I arrived in the afternoon and there was no English speaking person at the reception. Still, the man was very kind.

Location of apartments is very good. Close to the water and close to the center of Fazana. I enjoyed jogging on the "boardwalk" by the water a few mornings. Check in process was fast and personnel was friendly. Wi-fi good. Room was clean and kitchen was nice and fully equipped so we could make dinners in the evening. Bathroom was updated and shower was roomy with plenty of hot water. The small patio was also nice to have. Things to improve on: Work out room is not great. Should be updated with new machinery. Also, rental bikes were too small for our kids. They should have a variety of bikes for various ages.
