Room listings state they have curtains and they did not, rooms were very bright overnight. Pool needs rules better enforced. Two kids went underwater at no fault of anyone but neglectful parents that should have been physically in the pool with their young toddlers. Other families had to help rescue kids at no fault of the lifeguard but the rules definitely need to be enforced much better.

We were informed this time that if you want housekeeping you need to call down in the morning and ask for it, no one told us on our first trip and as a result no one cleaned our room for 4 ...

The place was new inside and out, clean, and the staff was friendly as well as helpful. Really nice place to stay! Didn’t see much of Dover due to this being an overnight stop and go on our way to North Carolina outer banks. Would definitely stay there again if we were on our way through again.
