"The Loft Pucón was a very good experience for us. With 4 in our travel group the room at the Loft was very comfortable. The full size kitchen and the outside yard with table was extra useful. The rooms and beds themselves on the 2nd floor were layed out just so well to allow separate spaces for sleep and naps over social space of the living and kitchen. "I’ve stayed here several times and I was most impressed this last time. Winter is still a great time to stay here. The spa is great with indoor pool and sauna. Very tasteful upgrades done to the entire hotel and the breakfast buffet was superb. Being able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurant is why I come back. The staff seems way better than years ago. Professional and kind"

"It was a beautiful experience. First of all, location is very good, just few walks from grocery market, 2 blocks from the center of Pucon. If you are arriving earlier, make sure to call ahead so someone can open you the door. They also have a common lobby and kitchen so you can stay longer after checking out until your departure. "
