They brought a fan up for me because as an American we need moving air in a room! Windows open nicely as well. They could use a few more pillows on the bed. The hotel is very convenient to the heart of Basel. If you're coming in from the train, jump on the 30 bus and get off at the very first stop. The hotel is directly across the street. You'll also receive a travel pass for public transportation through your booking."

"Cet hôtel était notre dernière nuit en Alsace avant notre retour au Canada. Surprise! L'hôtel semble flambant neuf, tout est beau, propre, de bon goût. Très confortable. Nous n'avons pas déjeuné car on partait avant 6h00AM. À 15 minutes de l'aéroport. Bonne chose à savoir, le GPS de notre voiture de location nous amenait du côté suisse de l'aéroport, mais nous devions remettre la voiture du côté français. On a galéré un peu mais on s'en est sortis en utilisant Maps."
