The location of the hotel was great as it was close to the ferry where we wanted to go to Greece as well as walking distance to other places. The staff was nice. we had a problem with our air conditioner, not being able to control it. also housekeeping needs a little improvement as they forgot to leave town one day and another day they were cleaning very late in the day. But overall, it’s a good hotel to stay at to meet your needs in the area.

Such a beautiful hotel! It was a great experience from when I arrived! I was upgraded to a beautiful room with a sea view! The staff were fantastic and the bed was comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was amazing and the food was incredible! I wish I could’ve stayed longer

This is a hotel FOR SMOKERS ONLY. No smoking room requested and the staff moved me to what is supposed to be the no smoking floor, the 1st floor. By the 2nd day, the smell of smoke was everywhere, including in the public areas. Even my towels smelled of smoke! Kept getting up about every 2 hours, coughing. It needs filters to remove the smoke and to enforce the no smoking rules. Staff was lovely and gracious. Beach is 5 km away from the hotel, which is reached by scheduled hotel shuttle. Abundant Turkish breakfast, with lots of choices. But the smell of smoke is everywhere.

This is a nice property, but our room was tiny. Our friends had a much bigger room at the same price, so it’s a bit hit or miss. But the lounge area, breakfast and spa were all excellent.

The stay was ok. Room was clean, everything worked. Private beach shuttle was convenient, but the beach itself was really poor. Not worth it in my opinion. Decent breakfast. Dinner was unfortunately not good, with non fresh seafood.

Misleading Website?

staff in reception were very helpful in meeting all requests. breakfast was at a good standard for all tastes. good clean hotel, and the location is close to town.. free transfer on the website is misleading, it was explained that it referred only to staff making a booking on a guest's behalf.

Good spot and friendly staff. Convenient spot in general. It’s too early for hotel to shut down air conditioners entirely. The weather is still warm. It’s still a bit too warm for sleep at night if we close the window. If we open the window, it’s noisy and smoke smell got in occasionally.

The experience overall was great and would highly recommend this hotel. It's convenient and close to the Old market town. My only point to note would be that the cleaners did not replenish the items in the bathroom daily i.e slippers, mittens to scrub yourself and did not provide 2 of each as there was 2 of us staying. They also didn't change the bed sheets and pillow cases daily just made the bed. However the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.
