Pleasant stay

There wasn't too much available in Oludeniz and it was very short notice, there were a few questionable reviews but overall was more than satisfied with our stay. Hassan who ran the place was a great guy and couldn't do enough for us. Okay the rooms were a bit dated and could do with a lick of paint but other than that it was very comfortable. Nice pool and a great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Would recommend.

Beautiful and super friendly boutique hotel.

What a gem of a find this lovely boutique hotel is. Very reasonable rates and excellent service. Hasan,the manager, is so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him and his staff. 200m from the beach and close to Blue Lagoon. So tranquil and away from the noisy hotels. I would definitely recommend for a relaxing break. They also do massages and can arrange any trips. Thank you Hasan for a welcoming break. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Filthy hotel, great location, poor service.

Location is fab, 2 min walk to the beach and 7 min to the lagoon. I understand it’s off the season but basic cleaning is a must. Fridge full of insects, ants/fruit flies all over the place and a seedling growing out of the sink (last guests had beans for dinner?). We booked double room with breakfast but were told on arrival that we’re upgraded to apartment-great. Then late evening when we asked what time the breakfast was we heard that there is no breakfast for apartment guests! Would be fair to tell us upfront that we don’t get breakfast if we get the bigger room. We couldn’t pay online or by card but were asked for cash (apparently “card’s closed”). Second day we asked for discount since we didn’t get breakfast which was included, and they agreed for 20TL, then they asked that we canceled online booking so they wouldn’t have to pay admin fees and so we would get 20TL off. We gave up as didn’t want to waste our time and just paid cash for 2 days as per booking and without having breakfast included in the price. If the location was different we’d run straight away but because there are hardly any hotels open in the area we decided to stay. In hindsight we should have left straight away.

We went to this hotel on 8th August 2018 after booking it on Expedia. The pictures Expedia have for this hotel is about the same age as the hotel, 20 years old. The hotel is very different now. It is very run down, dirty and a lot of things are broken or not working, you can't sleep at night in some apartments due to a noise coming from an electric meter. The shower handle holders in the bathroom were half loose on the wall, the taps were in terrible condition. Every time one of us sat on the toilet, the toilet was moving around. The dining table was not stable at all, it was about to collapse when we touched it. The carpet in the apartment was probably the same age as the hotel and it was filthy. Our children kept falling in the pool area as the floors were dirty. A child guest was going around with a cigarette lighter trying to set fire on things and hotel management wasn't even stopping this.The hotel management does not look after this hotel. I added a lot of pictures on Google reviews, please look at them. We gave Expedia a call as soon as we arrived at this hotel after they didn't let us in our apartment for hours and seeing the condition of the hotel. Expedia have advised us to finish our holiday and we would be eligible for a compensation after our return. We did this and Expedia DID NOT offer us a compensation. We will never us Expedia again.

Amazing Stay

The staff is kind and extremely attentive. The breakfast was lovely and the aparthome was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was weak in some parts.
