"Of the two elevators, only.one worked so the wait for an elevator could get frustrating. The hotel room was clean however, the bedding on one of the beds was stained up when you pulled back the top."

"Our check in was quick and easy poor employee was new only 4 days in and by himself on busy evening. We go to room and it was musty smelling. Phones did not wokr i had to go downstairs to feont deak to get blankets.The bathtub paint was peeling off so you could not take a bath. At 6:00 am the music that plays in Lobby was playing on speakers attached to the building outside so loud it woke us up. Maybe need to think people may be sleeping .at 6;00 am. I was on 2nd floor on front side of building. Was disappointed for a Holiday Inn."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times for softball tournaments. This past stay was disappointing. We arrived to large sticky crumbs in the floor at the foot of one of the beds. My daughter dropped an earring so while searching for it we looked under the couch. The amount of food, trash, etc under the couch was appalling. Also the elevators were incredibly slow. Once you got to the first floor it took the door 10+ seconds to open. Quite scary the first time thinking we were stuck! Usually the breakfast bar is well stocked. The first morning there was no creamer for the coffee. Not the usual experience we have come to expect from this location."

"The room was nice and cool. The kitchen was stocked well. The bed and pillows could have been upgraded. I would have liked an outside area more private and not opened to the parking lot and closer to an exterior door. The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. All in all nice stay."
