"This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back "

"Last minute booking as decided to stay overnight in York. Communication for check in was quick, property was easy to find, close to town and super clean and tidy. Had a relaxing stay and would definitely consider again next time we were in York. Small supermarket and Mrs Greedy’s at end of road was excellent for supplies and a quick cooked breakfast. "

"the property had been recently renovated and this had been done to a high standard. It was very comfortable. Our only criticisms were the size of the shower cubicle - a large person would have had great difficulty using this facility, it was so small! Also, there is a large pane of clear glass in the outer door which anyone could look through and see inside the property."

"Nice apartment, really good location for walking into York! There is a walkway right outside the window with lots of people passing so we kept the blinds shut. Overall the apartment is just what you need for a short city break, although the apartment could have done with a more thorough clean, it was a bit dusty, and there was quite a bit of mould in the shower cubicle & some short black hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived "
