"The front desk staff did not know how to access Expedia travel and subsequently told me that my reservation did not got through and my card was declined. She stated that I had to register and pay at the counter which I did. After returning home I discovered that I was double charged. Expedia went back to them a couple of times but stated that the manager said that didn't happen. I clearly paid twice for the same terrible room and provided bank statements as backup. Two months later the issue just went away except for me paying twice."
