"I just returned from a 4 night stay at 5 Frogs Hotel in Bucerías and everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The suite was huge, clean, and had more amenities than we could use! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow, and the beach is very close by. My teenagers were also very happy :) We had delicious tapas from the restaurant downstairs."

"Eva was amazing. Anything that we needed she was always willing to take care of our needs. The only down side to this place is, if you have issues with mobility, the hill down to and back up from the dining options, shopping, beach, and the parking area could be a challenge. There are a lot of stairs to and from the parking area. Other than that, it is a great place and we had a wonderful time. If we ever visit Bucerias, we will try to stay here again. "
