"Was surprised to find out that the room did not have its own bathroom. Community bathroom down the hall. It was a private bathroom, just not in your room. Historic hotel, great location. Minimal parking, had noise from surrounding bars at night. Still over all a good choices"

"Staff was excellent. Our room had a chemical cleaning smell and the staff immediately moved the room for us to a different room. Staff could not be any better. They made the stay very pleasant. Nice place to stay for a good price."

"I was very happy with my stay. It was an incredible value for the price. The room was very handsome and modern with dark walnut furniture, microwave, fridge, and other gadgets. The ice machine worked. At my request they they arranged a ground floor room for me and gave me the use of a rolling luggage caddy to transport all my stuff in one trip. The only amenity they didn't have was a laundry room, but I didn't mind much because there would be laundry facilities at the next hotel. The parking felt very secure so it was a good choice for me. It was rather luxurious for a budget price. I recommend it as a safe, clean and enjoyable stay and I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Flagstaff. They had a free breakfast too, but I was too busy to check that out."
