From check-in to check-out everything about the stay was comfortable and smooth. The location was perfect for our purposes – close to downtown and the observatory. After a long day visiting the Grand Canyon (took the train from Williams), the pool and jacuzzi were very welcome. We checked out Single Speed Coffee Roasters on the way out of town – a very good local option for coffee and pastries.

Immediately upon arrival, the staff was very kind. They accommodated my family and I with a conjoining room without us even asking, that was a nice surprise. We loved having a ground level room with the patio that went right to the parking lot, which made unloading our vehicles a breeze. We had a great time, even though it was only one night and we will definitely stay there again when we visit Flagstaff!

We booked a room last minute for the 4th of July weekend- rooms were clean, staff was helpful and friendly. On-site restaurant was great and you can't beat location. I was hesitant to book but glad I did. the hotel has been recently renovated, and it feels like you're staying at a more expensive hotel.
