"The lock on our room door wouldn’t lock Rooms could use some updates"

"There room was too cold. Called them to fixed the temperature twice time but still it was so cold. Washroom floor was dirty. Also they don’t provide toothbrush/toothpaste unless if you don’t ask for it."

Service was slow, and the hotel looks much better in photos than it does in reality. Overall, it felt like the staff didn’t want to be there."

"very bad service, treated us extremely bad when we first got there, told us expedia should’ve paid the extra 35 dollars a day but they didn’t so now we have to, one of the workers, an asian lady, refused to give us a room & said we’d have to wait until 3pm."

"It’s the perfect place to stay. It’s right in the heart of the city and 2 blocks from Rockefeller. It’s very easy to see Broadway shows and the typical tourist attractions. The staff and concierge are wonderful and knowledgeable! We stayed for my mom’s birthday and they sent up complimentary macaroons and a birthday card! 10/10 recommend!"
