We had the best experience! The way we checked in online and already knew what room was ours! Perfect! The room was VERY big and the beds comfortable! Nice and clean bathroom as well! Breakfast was absolutely fine and the staff nice! 5 stars from our family

Hotel was average. Just what you’d expect from a 2 star hotel. A bit old and tired premise but clean and did the trick. It was self check in and never saw a staff member at breakfast so cannot really rate staff.

City tax

Be aware of the city tax, they want when you check out. Don’t go its 15% of the room price and the food should be deducted from the cost of the room and the tax. They want you to pay cash or that you put your card info in the phone. It’s not possible to get a receipt for this either. And it’s only when you book with hotels.com

Ok, not great

Well, we slept ok. Cleaning was... not bad, not great... Standard German breakfast, ok and enough, but not exciting. Walking distance to Flensburg shopping and restaurants is 3,5 km, taxi is 10-15 EUR. Overall, it's a worn-down hotel that needs more than just a quick makeover. The hotel is wrapped in staffolding so don't expect a view (Nov./Dec. 2022). Friendly and service minded staff. Parking for free behind the hotel. We stayed 2 nights. Definately prefer other hotels in the city center, but being priced twice the Hotel Nordig, we were quite happy.

We arrived at the hotel and took the back entry as we parked our car there. There were all full ashtrays next to the exit. The whole stairway smelled like ashtray and cigarettes. We were in our room and suddenly another couple opened our door as they had recieved the same code for the room as we did. Room was double booked. During our stay the room smelled like cigarettes all the time as the exit was under our balcony and everybody was smoking there and the smell entered the room. Room itself was clean and OK tough.

Dass sie keine Rezeption gibtvwar für mich ungewohnt, dennoch ließen sich Mitarbeitende finden und auf deutsch oder englisch ansprechen - und waren dann, sobald es sich ihnen zeitlich gestattete, sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war niedlich, die Busanbindung gut und die Nahversorgung gesichert.

Forfærdelig værelse denne gang. Meget varmt og en grusum frem lugt. Det var ikke sådan et værelse vi havde bestilt og selv om vi kontaktede ejeren kunne vi ikke få et andet værelse. Det var lige det der gjorde at vi aldrig nogensinde kommer tilbage der til 😡😡😡

Beskidt og ulækkert

Virkelig dårlig stand. Møgbeskidt. Der var ikke trukket ud i toilettet, så der lå urin fra tidligere gæst. Desuden stod der gammelt mad i køleskabet og det så ud som om der ikke var støvsuget. Desuden ikke mulighed for morgenmad, som der ellers står beskrevet på deres hjemmeside

Katastrofalt dårligt

Helt igennem en katastrofal! Jeg måtte forlade værelset efter 4 timer, fordi der var så koldt på værelset, at man ikke kunne opholde sig der uden sko og overtøj på. Herudover var rengøringsstandarten dårlig, og hotellet slidt.

Für eine Nacht okay, Personal habe ich nicht angetroffen. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Diverse optische Mängel im Zimmer, aber technisch war alles in Ordnung. Mithilfe des Schlüsselcode konnte das Zimmer passiert werden.
