Reception staff were excellent but the rating comes down at breakfast. The lady in charge did mot reply when questioned,she was in a terrible mood. The breakfast room was full, a family had taken over 3 tables and most of the chairs leaving 2 table with no chairs. When we were about to help ourselves to the cooked meal the lady in charge came out with whatever thought were fresh eggs, but they had come out of a fridge..terrible. The coffee was so bad we only took 1 cup. Check out was quick and were thanked for staying there.

The room was clean when checking in. We were staying 4 nights. After 3rd I asked housekeeping to clean bathroom and stock towels and make beds. Towels were stocked and beds were made (found a sock under the covers but it was mine) but they did not clean the bathroom. The breakfast was okay. Staff was nice. Hotel seems outdated. Hot tub was not operational. Pool was nice.

The service and staff was great. We had a slight issue with the room when we got there, that was honestly no big deal at all, and the staff not only switched our room immediately, but also upgraded us to a bigger; nicer room. Rooms were clean with good amenities. We didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast but the coffee was great. We will definitely stay again.
