The area inside gas a lot of options for relaxing or even getting in the pool on a cold day! We even saw some monkeys eating out of the trees. It was a fun experience

I had a wonderful time with my family and friends. The hotel is gorgeous and peaceful. Everybody was super nice and helpful. Food amazing, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, natural juice, variety of fruits, breads and pastries, the coffee was delicious!!! The hotel was always clean and beautiful, exotic trees, little monkeys and many birds, a paradise!!! I will definitely come back!!! The hotel is near Campeche beach and you can find many stores nearby, the area has everything, pharmacies, clothing store and restaurants!!!

Nos hospedamos há muitos anos nesse Hotel! Com relação ao café da manhã tem havido uma sensível queda na qualidade! Bolos repetidos todos os dias, pouca variedade de frutas. Sábado, dia 09/05, hotel com bastante movimento e as 09:15 horas já não havia mais ovos mexidos e pão de sal . Os recipientes onde são colocadas as comidas quentes ficam abertos, esfriando! Os funcionários da limpeza e da recepção são bastante atenciosos, especialmente o Pedro Henrique. No mais, o Hotel está localizado em área aprazível e com bela arborização!

É a segunda vez que me hospedo no São Sebastião. Uma vegetação maravilhosa, pássaros e animais. A gente se sente numa fazenda. O café da manhã é muito bom. Não almocei nenhuma vez, então não posso avaliar. Funcionários da recepção, Manuela e Pedro, que nos atenderam, muito atenciosos e competentes.

Quarto limpo com arrumação diária. Equipe de funcionários sempre muito prestativa(Manuela muito atenciosa), no restaurante sempre prontos a atender qualquer necessidade diferente. O café da manhã muito bom com buffet bem variado e frutas frescas. Ar condicionado no quarto.

Hotel bem localizado com boa estrutura entretanto com limpeza do quarto bem precária, tinha objetos de antigos clientes embaixo da cama e muito pó. Todos os funcionários extremamente solícitos, exceto um recepcionista que fez meu check in que provavelmente estava em um mau dia e foi extremamente grosseiro. Comida boa no café da manhã.
