Would stay here again.

We(me,my mom and my son)recently stayed at this hotel for two days and was satisfied with my experience. There is a small gym and a warm water swimming pool. Both are clean. Had an exceptional service from a staff member in the dining department. When I requested hot water, he was incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel very welcome. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Great quality

The quality/price rate is excellent. The location is in a brand-new area of development, so everything near is real good. The only drawback is that you eill need a cab or rent a car if you want to go to the beaches or downtown. You are away from everything that Florianopolis stand for. If you want a beach resort, this is not it.

O quarto é confortável, novinho. Aliás, todas as instalações do hotel são aparentemente novas e bem conservadas. O atendimento é bastante cordial. Café da manhã ok, dentro do esperado. O hotel é excelente, possui um quarto bem aconchegante e o café da manhã possui várias opções. A piscina possuía uma parte descoberta, e como estava chovendo em um dos dias, restringia a utilização da mesma. A academia é bem pequena e possui poucos equipamentos.

A experiência foi muito boa! O pessoal em geral foam receptivos e atenciosos. Os quartos são limpos, a academia com equipamentos novos. O café da manhã com alimentos frescos e bastante variedade. Em relação ao jantar no restaurante do hotel foi tudo bem também.

Hospedagem tranquila. Excelente atendimento da recepção e equipe do café. Como cheguei antes do check-in, pude usar o espaço da recepção para ficar trabalhando, me liberaram o wi-fi. E ainda, adiantaram o meu check-in em 2 horas. Para quem vai participar de algum evento na região, um bom acesso. Próximo ao shopping (para almoço, jantar e supermercado).
