Staff was kind and helpful, initially booked only one room and was able to get another room as well. We had to leave at 3:30am for our flight and the front desk staff was kind enough to prepare coffee and sandwiches for breakfast. However, the sheets in the bed were dirty and full of stains. The percentage of payment prepaid when I did the reservation did not reflect on the hotel’s end and was not discounted from the remaining amount, which is fine because they added another room without much extra cost.

They put me in a ground floor room right on the car park, full sun on the “balcony”, zero privacy. The place was pretty much dead, but still they put me in their worst room possible. Worst room in two months in Brazil, you ca get much, much better for half the price. I hated this spot and couldn’t wait to leave. Avoid!

Cette établissement n'est pas un 4 étoiles un 2 étoiles maximum. Les matelas de la chambres sont crasseux et déchirés. Les étagères sont sales, le fan a élices recouvert de poussière. La sale de bain la fenêtre souvre mais n'a plus de baguette pour la maintenir ouverte nous avons mis une serviette pour la maintenir ouverte. La douche n'est pas fonctionnelle quelque goutte d'eau sort car elle est bouchée. Plus d'eau pour le plafond que pour soi. En ouvrant la douche la doucette a débarquer nous avons du la réparer pour réussir à se laver. Aucune tablette pour déposer les bouteilles et savon le sol de la douche est la seule options. Les mur son mal insonorisé la première nuit nous avons appelé la réception a 2 reprises a partir de 12:30. Pour qu'il puisses intervenir du au cris de 2 jeunes d'argentine. Le 2e soir a 1h du matin j'ai du régler le problème moi même. Pour le café du matin c'est correct il a possibilité de se nourrir mais sans plus. Les gâteau sont presque haché. Des miettes un manque de fierté. Les piscines sont tellement dégueulasse de gros motons d'algues vertes flottes a la surface, les écumoires sont bouchées. Nous avons parlé à la réception avant de partir. Aucun directeur sur place pour pouvoir faire un suivi directement. La chambre 39 a éviter complètement. Le prix est injustifié et est un escroquerie pour le produit vendu

Es un lugar muy bien pensado para el descanso

La estadía fue fantástica! El lugar tiene un espacio muy cómodo para estar con un balcón al patio que mira a las piscinas, donde podíamos tomar mate y conversar. También es hermoso llegar a la playa desde el fondo del hote, teniendo una escalera hacia el mar. Pasamos muy lindo! Tengo ganas de recomendar este lugar a mis amigas!!!

A nossa estadia foi otima a unica falha com o Hotel foi que eu Reservei com uma senhora esta me pediu para que pagasse o valor de 108 reais como reserva. e que qdo chegassemos pagariamos somente os 972 reais. Como eu disse ao meu namorado que paguei, este ne deu. Chaegndo ai o rapaz da recepçaõ disse que tinha que pagar tudo. Fiquei eu de cara com o meu namorado.Muito chato. Como vou recomendar o Morro das Pedras para os meus filhos e noras???
