Max was nice. However the place needs some basic maintenance. The noise starts at 7 am and it’s very loud! The towels are really old, the breakfast is the same every day displaying very dry eggs (even if the restaurant isn’t busy they can’t accommodate freshly make eggs), often we had to ask for silverware and other basics, the covers were smelling, we threw them on the floor and ask to be cleaned but when we come back to the room they weren’t clean and they were back (dirty) in our beds. The shower knob shocks us every time we touched it, the toilet was very smelly (Seward) and the sink faucet was loose. We had to ask to clean our room, otherwise it wasn’t getting done, during our 6 day stay the trash was never cleaned up, causing us to pilled up the trash next to the trash can. The place is well located, it just needs basic love for a hotel.

Pousada sem recepção na chegada, nenhum acolhimento com os hóspedes, a funcionária que organiza os quartos, totalmente invasiva e sem nenhum tipo de senso, não houve nenhuma recepção e a primeira funcionária já nos deixou totalmente desconfortável, fomos tomar café a mesma funcionária veio atrás pq não tínhamos pegado o tiver, mais procuramos algum funcionária pra pegar e não tinha ninguém lá muito menos ela, a única pessoa educada e gentil foi a moça que cuida do café da manhã, falamos o quarto ela conferiu e nos liberou, café da manhã fraco e poucas opções, nada bom. O ambiente do café fedia a mofo e sem nenhuma ventilação horrível, o quarto ruim e com coisas belgas, ar-condicionado não funcionava, cama ruim. Pedimos um secado pq o do quarto não estava funcionando na hora que fomos utilizar, a pousada nos enviou um áudio da moça que organizava os quarto ela dizendo que estava funcionado, parecia que estava cometendo um erro por pedir algo que o hotel deveria oferecer, como se tivesse mentido, sem necessidade pra usar um secador. fora depois que fiz checkout que mandaram msg dizendo que estava faltando toalha, não procuraram direito, quando olhou no cabide viu que estava lá, me sentir super ofendido falaram como se eu tivesse pego, como se eu fosse pegar toalhas velha, péssima experiencia, pior pousada que já fiquei, pessoas despreparadas e sem acolhimento ,

Chuveiro velho, gotejamento. Não houve troca de toalhas e as de rosto foram levadas e não foram repostas. A única coisa boa foi o café da manhã (tercerizado). Para quem tinha uma avaliação de 8.4, foi decepcionante.

Alojamiento muy bien cuidado, instalaciones modernas, habitación cómoda con aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo, además de nevera y una pequeña terraza. Tiene un restaurante al lado que también sirve desayuno (a pesar que no lo usamos). Tiene garaje para algunos coches, motos y bicicleta, y en la calle parece que no hay problema para aparcar. En una calle tranquila pero muy bien ubicado para las playas Joaquina y Mole, que se pueden llegar caminando, además del centro de Lagoa da Conceição, que también está a pocos kms andando por el bonito paseo que bordea la laguna.
