This hotel is right across from the bus terminal, great for those traveling. A supermarket is a one minute walk. Staff is friendly and speaks English.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and on the upper floors partly with oceanview, furniture with some terms of use. Breakfast, as shown on pictures, served on the highest floor with nice oceanview. Parking for a few cars possible (first come first serve).

Seria perfeito se a hidraulica não fizesse tanto barulho de um quarto no outro. Bem cuidado em tudo mas a acustica do corredor tbem incomoda um pouco. O barulho da descarga de outros quartos e portas também incomodam. No restante, cama ótima, mobília ótima, quarto no geral, pequeno mas aconchegante. Bom café da manhã. Gostei sim. Eu que tenho sono um pouco mais leve, uso tampão no ouvido e por isso tive ótimo descanso. Minha esposa gostou do hotel tambem. Voltaria a me hospedar certamente.

Estuvimos alojados en el SLIM São José Zion Hotel durante 15 días y puedo decir con certeza que incluso en temporada alta, este hotel se destaca por ser confortable y cómodo. El servicio de comida es delicioso, y quiero destacar especialmente a las chicas que preparan el desayuno. Son todo un amor: a pesar de las barreras lingüísticas, siempre se esfuerzan por saludarte con una sonrisa, verificar si necesitas algo y ayudarte en todo lo posible. Este nivel de atención realmente marca la diferencia. En general, el personal del hotel es muy atento y amigable. Tuve un inconveniente con una cama en la habitación, pero lo solucionaron de inmediato. Me ofrecieron otra habitación temporal mientras arreglaban el problema y lo resolvieron con rapidez y eficacia. Es evidente que la satisfacción del cliente es una prioridad para ellos. El equipo de limpieza merece también un reconocimiento especial. Son increíblemente rápidos y honestos. Mientras desayunábamos, en solo 20 o 30 minutos el cuarto estaba impecable, como nuevo. Además, dejé pertenencias, dinero y otros objetos de valor en la habitación y puedo decir con total tranquilidad que nunca se perdió nada. Este nivel de confianza es invaluable. Por último, el mini bar tiene precios accesibles, lo que resulta una excelente opción si decides quedarte a descansar en el hotel.
