"My husband and I have two kids who live in KeyWest so when we visit them Homestead/Florida City is a halfway stop for us. We usually spend the night and tackle the drive to the Keys in the morning. This was the first time we stayed here. Three staff behind desk but took awhile for one of the two available to look up and help me. No special greeting or smiles, like they weren’t enjoying their jobs. Never mentioned the grab and go breakfast or where to find the WIFI password. Had to ask for directions to our building. Room was very clean but when trying to operate the TV (there was a small plaque showing the TV lineup) couldn’t get a channel. Kept saying something about the antenna hookup. Area around the motel was nice and felt like it was a safe area. Will definitely go back as long as the issue with the tv is resolved. "
