“It was a nice hotel overall.
The breakfast is not a buffet but they do serve you.
We never seen any mermaids which were promised when we got there. However, the pirates were awesome playing games with the kids.
The view is PERFECT!! the rooms were clean. They don't come clean your rooms everyday, they only switch your towels out. Easy access to the beach was the best part!! We got the room with a kitchen and it was fully stocked which was nice! ”
“The property had a great private beach access, rooms were clean and beds were comfy, the balcony was great with an ocean view. The pool was long and great to swim in. They had refillable pure water station. The windrose restaurant had tasty food but slightly expensive. They include gratuity in the checks.
The only complaints I had was there was no exhaust in the room we stayed in and we had to rent the umbrellas and chairs on the beach. Usually at the other resorts we stayed in Mexico etc...
“Place was busy. Booked solid. Check in was a breeze. Staff was very accommodating. Beds were comfy. Room was clean and stocked. Little things like extra garbage bags and good soap and shampoo was nice. Air conditioner worked very well. The area was wonderful. Price was fair. Negatives were minimal nothing worth even mentioning. It was family oriented. It was comfy. Not a ritz carton and stuffy but fully functional. Beds and pillows were clean and comfy. ”
“The hotel was conveniently located near lots of shopping and dining options. The beach was a quick 9 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay, the staff was kind and friendly. The staff made sure the hotel looked impeccable everyday. ”

Very unprofessional. Meanwhile, the cleaning lady gave dirty looks standing behind the front desk rep. It’s a very nice hotel, but the staff will ruin a business!! ”
