"This place is terrible for what they are charging. Had to go to office to get towels. Ice machine was out of order but Rita got ice for customers. The pool looked like it was out of the movie “Vacation” green algae and trash in it, totally sickening. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Right around the corner from Sheriff’s Office, thank God. Not again!"

"I hhad reservation. Check in time is 3pm. I arrived at 2pm. Signs on window and do saying no check in before 3pm. Door was locked and lights off. No one around to talk to. Not what i would call even minimum service. I decided to go somewhere else.Have travel insurance so I will dispute room charge"

"I was assigned this room, but when I opened the door, a rat not a mouse, a rat ran across the room and hid under the dresser. I immediately left and notified the front desk. Although they refunded my security deposit, they initially denied the remainder of my refund through Expedia, falsely claiming it was a gecko. After arguing and pushing back, I finally got my refund. To make matters worse, directly in front of the room was a broken-down truck sitting jacked up and a golf cart blocking three parking spaces. This was not only unsightly but a clear safety hazard. Between the musty smell, the rodent inside the room, and the unsafe, poorly maintained conditions outside, this property is unsanitary and unsafe. I will be notifying the health department. I will not stay here again."

"Roaches in the room. Room had an odor. Agent gave me an attitude when I told him I hope they fixed the bathroom because it wouldn’t flash. The bathroom toilet was shaking when you seat on it. I can’t belive I am saying this but housekeeping supervisor was very rude towards us when I told her my toilet is not flushing. Very loud in the early morning considering the hotel is less then 100 feet from the major road. "
