"Clean, quiet, very comfortable"

"Room very clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly and valet was perfect. In walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. Only downside was that WiFi didn’t want to convey to our phones but after talking to the tech support line we were able to get it to work! Would greatly suggest staying here!"

"Television didn’t work I complained about it now. Nothing was done. There was some metal hitting the walls we couldn’t sleep and then at 4 o’clock in the morning found bedbugs in our bed so we had to move room with it and it was not a good week."

"Staff at checkin was very aloof and impersonal. Our reservation said we had breakfast and the front clerk told us there would be an $11 charge we went to our room and the toilet did not work we attempted to call the hotel for more than 20 minutes came down to the front office waited probably 30 minutes more when the front desk girl finally came back there was a whole line of people waiting for her some people trying to check in us who had a problem with our room and another man who also had a problem with his room. When it was our turn to talk to the girl she got really irritated with us when we said our toilet was not working at all it had no water in it and we could not flush it she said well you're only option is to move to another room which we were fine with if we had to but it was not top of our list because it was already after 9:00 p.m. she when I questioned where people were in the hotel to help people she told me that she had the right to take a break I agreed with her but also felt like there should be someone in the hotel that was in charge no one else was there except for her she ended up giving us breakfast vouchers to go to breakfast the next morning only to find out the breakfast was included in our hotel stay and we did not need the vouchers we tried to go to the restaurant in the hotel the previous night at 8:00 p.m. there was a clear sign posted that they were open until 11:00 when we walked in at 8:00 the woman was very surprised saying she thought that t"
