"Cleaning and maintenance needed! Paper peeling off in the bathroom. Outside chair on the balcony was dirty and broken. Balcony covered in cobwebs. Bedroom door would not lock from inside. Bedding was clean, good towels and a good shower. Good location, great views."

"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "

It wasn’t made clear on Expedia when booking that we’d have to pay extra for sheets The apartment was very tired It was a hot day and the apartment doesn’t have air con and only 1 window so it was very stuffy. "One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is great and has everything you need. There’s a coffee machine in reception that you can use 24/7. There’s also filtered water in reception so you don’t have to buy bottled water constantly. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless. The spa is also great - especially after days of running. The location is perfect. Right in the centre but there’s no noise. We will be coming back to Chamonix next year and will be booking this hotel again. "

"Room is rather stark. But for the price it is a good deal. Great location and clean. Plus the provided breakfast was more than expected, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. As most places is France, you had to use public parking, but the parking was close by and the hotel provides a good discount on the parking."
