"This property is a true scam in every sense. This is NOT A RESORT! These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. "The hotel is well located, 10 minutes walk from the medina and 15 minutes from the Tetouan bus station. The staff is attentive, the room is spacious including the bathroom and even has a balcony giving a view of the city. The breakfast is healthy, varied and delicious especially the orange juice. I highly recommend the hotel"

"Ants infested the room and in food. Hotel tried to blame us for ants and would not change room. Sprayed poison all around room that made all cloths smell. Very poor service. Could not get water or other items delivered. Dog in next villa barked day and night even though dogs not allowed. Hotel did not stop dog. Ruined my honeymoon. Overpriced for service and amenities.
