“Lovely setting, right on the beach. Staff very helpful and friendly, food very good for buffet and three al a Carte restaurant meals included. Room was a good size and separate area for teenage kids ideal. Only half hour drive from Heraklion airport and parking free at hotel. We rented a car as late flight and wanted to get to hotel ASAP. Car rental cheaper than private transfer and easy drive. Paid for late check out as return flight not till after 11pm and was well worth it.”

“The owners were friendly and helpful. The property had simple amenities in the room but everything was clean. We enjoyed the lovely pool and the view from the pool area. We were very happy we chose Thalia Bloom Villa Apartments and want to thank the owners for making our trip spectacular. Only suggestion is that the address does not come up on Maps so finding the location was a bit of a a treasure hunt initially. ”

“I loved our stay in Alexander House hotel. I am 60 and my mum who was with me is 80. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who has walking difficulties as there are a lot of steps and levels.
