Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Looks like a brand new 1950's hotel. Staff was very nice and the rooms are big and have beautiful carpets and tile.

Need to add streaming options to rooms. The TVs are dated with only standard cable options. When I mentioned to the staff I wasn’t able to connect the TV to the internet I was told it was temporarily down but will up the following day at which time I’d be able to connect and use streaming options. I was still not able to connect after internet was back up since the TV is from 2018 and didn’t have a built in WiFi receiver. A LAN connection wasn’t available either. The maintenance guy looked at me with a blank look when I asked if there were streaming options. He just said, “ we have standard cable”. The shower pressure was also very low. I did like the adjacent parking structure that was very convenient and free to park. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Beautiful property. LOVELY staff. Fantastic restaurant with the most professional and welcoming and graceful bartender/waiter. Amazing value over all for such a sprawling room in such a pretty hotel. So much love has gone into the Retlaw and we'll be back soon!

Our two night stay was very good. Hotel was an older renovation but still in good shape. I wish they had free coffee in the lobby. Location was excellent. Parking was good. Bed Very Comfortable and the tv in the footboard worked well.

I love the Retlaw, beautiful hotel and the rooms are beautiful. I have stayed there 4 times and every stay has been amazing, except this time. We stopped into the onsite bar. The bartender was unbelievably rude. She made us feel super uncomfortable along with the other patrons. One patron got up and left and rolled his eyes at her behavior. We didn’t even want to sit at the bar to have our cocktail, we took it to the room. If I was her manager I would dismiss her immediately. The gentleman the time before that was amazing friendly and super accommodating.
