"We liked the hotel, the room and pool area. We didn’t find the staff welcoming or friendly. The check in person was okay, but not real friendly. The hostess or manager in the restaurant was horribly rude. We never went back to the restaurant due to her. The pool is difficult to access because an elevator is broken so you need to go through a dark remote stair case, or walk through the restaurant. "The room was basic but clean enough. Secure bike storage available. The first day / night was quiet. The second / third nights were really noisy due to groups of teen boys being booked into the same floor. Most of the kids were ok, but a few uncontrolled. Chaperones did what they could, but the noise... Screaming, yelling, door slamming, and the likes, certainly had a negative impact on my stay there."
