"Hotel is closed for renovations. Was a a bit of a shock to show up late at night with everything closed up. There was communication sent earlier in the day that the reservation was changed to another hotel but I did not have cellular data. If it was not for two random guys across the street we likely would not have known what to do."

"Our time in Campos do Jordão was very good. What a beautiful place and wonderful days with the family. Regarding the stay, there are a few important points to highlight that were not very good experiences. First, the person at the gate when we arrived was not at all friendly. Whenever we were asked about the apartment and useful areas of the building, he was quick and rude. We always looked away, and I'm not used to people like that who don't even say hello. The apartment is very well located...

"O banheiro do quarto estava cheirando esgoto. Foi bem ruim passar 2 noites com esse fedor.
O chão estava com marcas de botas sujas. Mas o pior foi o serviço de café da manhã. O hotel não estava lotado e mesmo assim não estavam preparados para receber os hóspedes. Toda hora faltava comida, prato, xícara e os talheres nós mesmos tínhamos que pegar num porta talher de plástico que ficava abaixo da escada. Sem contar que os itens eram sempre frios (omelete, salsicha, pão de queijo...)"
