"Needs new management and cleaning staff"

"I came in town to visit my farther in the hospital. I normally stay in a Hilton property but i was trying to save money and chose the hotel it was a mistake on my part. The sheets where dirty bathroom was dirty remote for the tv didn't work had a smell in the room like mildew. The outside is very deceiving looks decent on the outside. Doors for outside entry ways where propped open because card access didn't work. Would not recommend."

"This hotel is apparently under renovation, which is fine, however placing us up on the third floor where we had to weave our way through paint cans, beds, mop buckets and other obstacles down the entire length of the hallway was entirely unacceptable...a big safety issue. Considering there are three floors with plenty of other rooms available, guests should be placed away from the renovation area. Lobby area is stacked up with boxes everywhere, desk clerk will not help you if the dryer eats all your quarters. This could be a great place with a few adjustments, but I doubt we will try for a second go round. "

"Room comfortable and clean, check in quick and easy. Very convenient location, great price. Restaurants and shopping close by. Not luxury, but perfect for our needs."

"Upon arrival checked into the room the tv did not work and I noticed hair in the bathroom and bugs went down to front desk and changed rooms the second room it was already late so I just laid down got up that morning and left early cause I had a two hour drive came back it was late around one going on two am I noticed the sheets and covers were dirty and it was a bug crawling in the bathroom and hair in the bathroom so I went back down to let the front desk know and they said if I leave now I won’t be charged for the second night so I left and now I only got a 25$ refund but I spoke with aj the manager who stated I would receive a refund for one night but I only got back 25 my stay just was not good here at all even the elevator was making this loud noise and shaking "

"Terrible stay. The bathroom was absolutely . Its diabolical. Who ever was responsible for cleaning definitely skipped the bathroom. There was hair in the shower and dirt marks on the tub. Toilet was also filthy. There was not enough towels or tissue available. There was only one tissue and another used one left by the other guests. I'm pretty sure the sheets weren't washed. The cupboards didn't even doors on it. There was no privacy/do not disturb tags to put on the doors. When assistance was needed by maintenance workers they weren't available, instead we where handed used appliances instead. Also, in the booking it said there is no smoking allowed, however, one of the workers was smoking, very conflicting. Most of all though, the biggest problem really is just the cleanliness. Please invest in proper cleaners."
