"Everybody should know that you have to read the little text of the booking carefully before coming to this hotel. They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. They require photo of you ID and of the credit card before coming even if you have paid the room in advance. Only then you get the code for the entrance and to your room. "I must say the staff at reception were absolutely fantastic. I like English breakfast tea and there was never a problem bringing me teabags up at the room, We stayed for five nights on the fourth night. We both noticed the noise coming from the overhead heating air-conditioning grill panel and we had it all switched off so I mentioned it’s the reception and they suggested we could leave all our stuff in the room and they give us another room on the same floor, which was wonderful of them so we slept the night in that one and it seemed to have sorted itself out the next day, so that was really good of them. There was no fuss at all. And the breakfast had a really good choice of hot and continental food, but most of all it was the staff that especially the reception staff they were amazing."
