Holiday Inn Express & Suites Willcox by IHG
8/10 Good
"Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Beds were soft with good quality linens. Pool area could have been cleaner."
"The sunset is a great inn to rest for the night. Quiet throughout . The grounds are well taken care of.
The breakfast is the best.
I wish for one improvement. The bath towels could be larger and more absorbent."
"Conveniently located, just off US10. Excellent access to gas stations, pharmacy, medical, restaurants (affordable). Good sized ADA rooms on first floor. No smokings rooms but smokers just sit right outside the doors and smoke even thought there ’s an open space made available. Pet friendly. Former Motel 6 so it’s a good, affordable 3 star motel. Staff were very pleasant and agreeable to deal with."
"The bathroom needs improvement. Shower leaks all over the floor and you can see the damage from long time leaks. Room was clean though. It’s not far from the highway so there is traffic noise and also early morning noise from guests that work in the area and start early in the mornings. Overall it was what I expected for a small town. Being clean though was a big plus!"
"Shelly was one of the best receptionists I've ever had. We arrived very late and she was so welcoming and took care of every question we had. She is the star of this establishment"
"The hotel is very rundown. My room was falling apart with a broken window (cracked with air coming in) and the entire frame was falling off. I felt very unsafe on the first floor, as anyone could have come through the window. The room was also very dirty and looked like they started a flooring project but decided to randomly stop for no reason."
"Room adequate, clean and bed comfy.
Shower had clogged drain, which they came and fixed.
Had common setting area, which could be cozy and used but bird poop on cushions not very inviting."
