โIt was very comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly. I needed a lot of towels because the shower door didn't seal very well and leaked, but everything else was great.....I didn't utilize their breakfast, so I can't review that.โ
โThis property is on a Military Base so it is convenient to all things that go with the base. Our son is stationed here so it made it very easy to see and visit with him. The property is spotless and well maintained. Staff is friendly and kind. โ
โHotel was great rooms were big and clean breakfast was ok staff was friendly the only true complaint I would have is the amount of chemicals/chlorine in the pool. It burned our eyes and damaged my girls hair pretty significantly. โ
โWe booked a King Suite. We loved the high-ceilings in the room and having the mini kitchenette was really wonderful. We wish the hotel would invest in adding a hand-held shower since the rain shower didn't really work for us. However, the many amenities were awesome. โThis hotel is very nice. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable and clean. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint though was the cleaning staff. Checkout time is 11am but staffed started knocking on the door at 10:45, 10:50 and 10:55. Each time we told them we were going to be checking out at 11:00, which is exactly what time we left the room. This was very aggravating and rude.โ
