Reserved an east view room, but was given a west view on the third floor. It was a very windy night and the bathroom fan flap made noise ALL NIGHT LONG, making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was not very good with your typical options.

Our stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Loveland was extremely disappointing. Check-in was substandard. The gentleman at the front desk may have been capable of providing better service, but our interaction did not reflect that. I also want to note that after this stay, there were suspicious charges on my credit card. This was the only time I used that particular card during our trip, which raises serious concerns. When we arrived at the room, it appeared clean at first glance. However, there was no bedding provided for the pullout couch, which we specifically planned on using. The “suite” we paid for was misleading — it was essentially a standard room with a small three-foot partition between the bed and couch. The shower pressure was extremely low — barely more than a dribble — making it very difficult to properly wash. The phone in the room did not work, so I had to repeatedly go down to the front desk for items that should have already been provided, including extra pillows and extra towels that I had requested in advance through the company’s website. There was also a Denver Juniors volleyball team staying at the hotel. They were very loud, running through the halls, and did not appear to be properly supervised. Breakfast was very subpar, and by the time we arrived, there were no eggs or potatoes left. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

No one at the check in desk for 30 minutes when we arrived late at night. Toilet was not working. Maintenance came twice. They gave us another room our 4th day. The guys that worked there were attentive. The female was loving her phone with her back to counter. She wasn’t very friendly. Breakfast too many carbs. They were out of eggs 2 mornings. Coffee good. And, the ice cream cones in pantry the best ! The things that needed attention were fixed.

This was a quiet place that had many options right around us such as gas station, food, places within walking distance. I am a professional cleaner, and this was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in quite some time, especially for the price definitely will be using this place again

Being gluten free and vegetarian there wasn’t much for me to have for breakfast. The last night I did not get any rest. There was a loud banging noise all night- like a 2x4 was placed into the drier. I wanted to let staff know but I didn’t see anyone and I couldn’t wait to find someone.
