We had an excellent stay at Foyal Suites! The place was spotless and really well set up—felt like home. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the supermarket, restaurants, and shops. Communication with the host was easy and super helpful. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again!

The location is pretty good. The furnishings are worn but serviceable. However, I had to downgrade them because the communication with the host is horrendous. They do not respond to messages on Expedia at all and only respond to email until checkin. After checkin, it’s total silence so there’s no way to get answers to any questions you might have.

Spectacular place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the property is located in the center of Fort-de-France, and the washing machine is so useful for those who are traveling for extended periods of time. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I am in Martinique.

I recommend

Great appartment. Very clean. Great location. Quiet. One air conditioning stop working so it was a little bit hot in the kitchen, but there is a second unit in the room, so not a big problem. Small ants in the kitchen. They want us to get the trash out, but not enough bags in the appartment.

Love it all!

Everything was amazing here! The place was beautiful and clean and very well maintained (smelled amazing walking through the door) and was very close to almost everything we needed. Rafael was so amazing and patient with us when we were delayed in our arrival, he showed us around and gave us a lot of suggestions on where to go and how to get around. I couldn’t be happier 😁

Really nice place if you absolutely have to stay in Fort De France. Everything you need is within walking distance. It’s very close to the boardwalk and mall and the sea port and air port

I NEVER CHECKED IN because , the owner wanted to charge me a significant amount of Euros more than the price that i had already payed in full for the 2 nights to Expedia even Tho i sent him the picture of the payment on Expedia. I had only the deposit to pay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT BECAUSE OF THE ATTITUDE OF THE OWNER THAT WAS CORDIAL.

This is a good option if you absolutely have to stay in Fort de France. Probably some of the best accommodations you could get but I would recommend staying elsewhere on the island. This will be difficult if you have luggages (long stairs to carry those). If you rent a car there will be no parking spaces available and the area is not safe. Good bakery just underneath these apartments. Communication will probably be better if you know French.

We arrived at 9:45 am and had a long wait because check in is at 5pm. On entering the villa we noticed a few defects and message the host and he said he was aware . I booked this room for 3 persons but received 2 towels and one wash cloth ,There was only one blanket so I had to message the host to remind him that there is 3 persons.If you planning a long stay please ask for pots and pans cause there wasn't any. I will never stay there again. Martinique is my regular vacation spot and thought a villa would be great for as . But I will always book a hotel they don't have all this high incident charges. Some i've stayed at is nicer ,safer and cheaper with a pool.

Great space for the price!

This was an amazingly bright, clean little suite, the perfect pied-a-terre well located in the central town area. Essentially your own city apartment. Although I didn't use the kitchen, it was well stocked. The bed was comfortable, and AC cool (if you like that sort of thing, I preferred the breeze of open windows). Yes, it's at the top of 3 floors without an elevator, but that just gave it that breeze, and a better view! My contact, Rafael, was helpful and always close at hand via text/whatsapp if I had questions. Overall it was a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to come back!

The property is above a nice smelling French bakery, in an older building that is so well kept and traditional. You are walking distance of everything within the city. The neighborhood has a New Orleans feels to it and is very safe. Be aware however that only select rooms have a balcony with chairs. Most rooms have Juliet doors and nothing below them. You do need to climb several flights of stairs to most rooms with luggage as there are no on-site services.
