"Staff at front desk were efficient "

"Everything about the hotel was too notch. We were warned about possible construction noise in the am. We never heard anything until we were leaving just after 10:30"

"I enjoyed my stay. From the moment I got to the Hotel, I knew I had made the right choice. Sign in was hassle free and did not take that long. The staff member at the front desk was very professional and made me feel at ease. The hotel's front lobby was very clean and well maintained. The parking lot was monitored in that it was clear of show and I was able to walk without fear of slipping on snow or ice. The room was the perfect size for me. Next time I will bring friends/family to stay with me. The hotel's location in proximity to the Casino was great. It was practically right across the street. The room was clean. The bed was in perfect condition. I enjoyed my night's sleep. I had a pop machine close to my room door but, there was only minimal noise once when another guest was using it to get beverages to drink. The floors in the rooms were very clean ands in great condition. I loved the washroom. The washroom was left spotless I had no hesitation using the sink, toilet and the bathtub to shower in. The desk and furniture were in great condition. I used the fridge and the sink neat it and they were both also spotless. In hindsight I wished I had booked 2 night instead of only one night. The next time I come to Niagara Falls and wish to stay over, This hotel will be my first choice. The sign out process was fast and the Staff member who served me was both polite and friendly. I could feel that the staff would be than happy to have me come back to stay. Great experience!"

"White Oaks Resort and Spa is a top quality hotel. The staff greets you at the door and they are very welcoming. The room is spotless. Love the bedding and the comfortable beds. Also love the white robes for our use. The washroom is spotless and the products are a nice touch. I love that there is a safe and a fridge we can use. The restaurants are great, especially Liv for breakfast and the spa is wonderful. This is the first time we visited the gym. There are actually 3 rooms you can use. Having the outlets across the street makes it a great location to stay at. The swimming pool area could definitely use an update, but otherwise a great place to stay. "
