โVery lovely & pleasant place, definitely look forward to revisiting, the breakfast was awesomeโฆ only bad thing was when we asked the receptionist how can we reach out to the city etc she only mentioned the taxi corporation contact so we ended up paying a lot in travelling around to & from the hotel only upon leaving the security noticed us calling a taxi and mentioned that we could of gotten the free shuttle service attached to the hotel.โ
โI booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.โ
โI really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again! Staff were extremely helpful and willing to cater to you. Perfect location and the end of Buccoo board walk with Sophiaโs bakery and a shop less than a minuteโs walk. Only negatives were no kitchen available for use (was given a bowl when asked), and room service didnโt take the bin out. But overall, Iโm glad I chose to stay here and will return!โ
โWe loved it here! The location is perfect, less then 1 minute from the beach - and the local minimarked, reataurants and small shops are practically next door. The hotel room was quite large, with a kitchen area and plenty of space in the bathroom as well. Quiet and effective aircon, lots of hot water and comfortable beds. Very good value for money.
