"We booked this hotel in large part because they offer a free shuttle to the concert venue. I inquired about the shuttle when we checked in and was informed it wasn’t available to take us to the show but could bring us home (make that make sense?) We checked in as early as the hotel would allow. It was very frustrating and disappointing that they had already “fully booked” the shuttle already."

"I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. While the location was charming, the views were beautiful, and the cleanliness was acceptable, the property felt a bit run down. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of staff on duty throughout my stay. I was also disappointed with the dining experience. The "international breakfast" consisted only of frozen egg sandwiches and cereal. Furthermore, during dinner at the restaurant, we waited over an hour for our meal. The staff did not provide any updates regarding the delay, and when we inquired twice, we were treated dismissively. When the food finally arrived, it was mediocre. I hope you will address these staffing and quality issues to improve the experience for future guests."
