We checked out 30 mins after we checked in and went to another hotel. Room had strong smell of mold, it was really really bad. My wife and I could barely breath in the room. Worse hotel experience ever.

My room was disgusting, it had what looked like dry throw up all over the chair. The sink area had not been thoroughly cleaned as there was soap residue left from the last person using it. I didn’t see any at the time but It look like roaches would come out at night. I walked in and 5 minutes later walked out! I turned my key in immediately. The front desk clerk said she would cancel my room but but never did and was still charged. I called and spoke to the manager and he never called me back or resolved the issue. In fact he hung up on me and refused to answer my calls after leaving several messages. I was very nice and did not want to write this review but the manager continues to ignore me. DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

My partner and I spent 2 nights at this hotel because we checked on the reviews and they were “pretty ok”. It started with the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We were traveling from Canada, hotel made me call the shuttle on a regular land line and they didn’t answer until 20 min after (5 times I had to call), we got there at 11:30pm. Went to our room, and discovered that it wasn’t clean properly! We were so tired that we checked that the linen and mattress were clean and then just slept there. In the middle of the night, we found out 3 bugs crawling on the night stand. When we took a shower we found out that it wasn’t cleaned! During the night, the A/C was LOUD! We had a flight to another state after those 2 days but the flight got changed and we had to be at the airport at 4am in the morning. The night before our flight we went to arrange the shuttle to the airport and the front desk lady told us that the shuttle didn’t run until 5am, so there was no transportation available (they don’t say that in their indications). People around and in the property were weird, would look at you weird and the police came at least 1 time for sure (the second time we were not sure if it was a police car or an ambulance!). And the day we were leaving there was blood on the floor of the elevator! Well, in general an average service and a bad experience! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

There was a fat nut stain on top of the comforters. Slept on the other bed. Pillowcases looked stained. Didn’t get the combination to the safe, and no channels available on the tv. But the front counter assistant was excellent. Need more protein at breakfast.

I chose this space based on the pictures that were showned, clean, and neat room, breakfast provided. There were a lot of homeless people on and around the property. The lobby roof/ ceiling was leaking during the rain. Apparently this is a presentant problem because the room that I was given reeked of mold and mildew. Upon trying to unpack the closet ceiling & wall had very visible mold inside and outside of it.

We checked-in very late around 1 AM and we felt like bed spreads were never changed saw lot of stains on it. Also, when we check-in they said they serve breakfast till 10 AM but in the morning they said 9 AM and servant was very reluctant to provide anything even when breakfast room was still open around 9:05 AM.

For this property our stay here was the worst. False advertisements as a hotel and its a motel. False advertisements with regads to breakfast. All the room service did while we stayed was to make our beds.They didn't change our sheets. Our bathroom wasn't cleaned.The staff is no pleasant everyone has an attitude. This place should not be advertised as no hotel .I would never recomend this place to no one to stay her no longer than one day.

The receptionist was very welcoming, but the room was not great. It smelled of mildew, but unfortunately, it was late at night, so not feasible to change rooms. I did appreciate being on the ground floor, but it was noisy.
