All the staff was welcoming and helpful and the general manager Jermaine sets a beautiful example to all his staff which is reflected at very interaction. We enjoyed the room. Most staff were friendly. The pool was disappointing due to being small, in a parking lot and not heated. Breakfast buffet was always good, lots of food and well maintained. Our shuttle driver to the airport (Sidney) was exceptional for driving, conversation and knowledgeable.
