Property looked great on paper and reviews. However, once you get to rooms, it’s a different story. From our arrival- it was very busy and Front desk staff is lagging in mannerism. Leaving the front unattended with people waiting. Rooms are underwhelming. Very dated, creaky beds, doors etc. Not very accommodating.

The best part about this hotel is the private beach. The added bonus was the great customer service. The extra two cents was definitely the good food. I will be returning. Unfortunately, due to the weather we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities as we hoped. My only suggestion is that the rooms should be nicer for the price coming from someone who noticed the details. Walls, headboards and ceiling could use some upgrades. Overall, this is a nice property.

We had to call everyday to get our room cleaned and the bathroom floors still seemed to be dirty. They advertize a kids club but it ws never open during our stay

There was nothing to do within walking distance of hotel. The hotel had beach & pool activities but no other restaurants, bars in surrounding area, so you had to get rides or rent a car to do anything else. Even shopping was a 15-20 minute car ride. But an i real great place

Rooms need to be updated. One of the rooms I had with a King bed did not have a base. Room 1222 Felt like we were sleeping on the floor.

We took my 14 yr old on a vacation for his graduation and we truly loved it. Food is a little pricey as well as some of the activities but we liked that we didn’t gave to go looking for activities outside of the hotel. Our only problem was that we did feel somewhat discriminated when we were at the beach. Employees never came up to us to ask if we wanted yo order anything, yet they asked people around us. But other than that it’s a very nice place to go with the family
