toilet was clogged, only 1 person working on a Saturday night, the AC was old & moldy. The smell was horrible and because of the outdated AC unit the floors were wet and we woke up to our belongings damp. Around 3am constant banging on another door non-stop for about 40 minutes and the poor lady was by herself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

I wouldn’t recommend this property. Its infested with bugs. I wish i could attatch a picture of the roaches, ants, snd flying bugs that infest the room. The staff is so lazy. They have an underground garage that you cant park in. The top garage is constantly blocked by the construction workers and the staff will tell you to just park on the street WHILE. You are paying $15 a day for no reason and can’t even use the garage. The whole building needs the be torn down and the whole staff fired. Dont even get me started on how housekeeping help cleans the room and half washes the sheets

How about we start with that fact that they used pictures of the newly renovated rooms for advertising but that is not what I got. Secondly the hotel is under construction, only one elevator working & no pool none of which was made known before arriving at the hotel My toilet wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it so I got switched on my last night to one of the newly renovated rooms which was not a suite like I paid extra for. The a/c was one of those units mounted over the door and it made a knocking noise. Only thing good about this place was the location oh and I almost forgot they charge a $100 a day deposit so they charged my over $700 to get my key which I still haven’t gotten back my $300 deposit as of Thursday and I checked out Monday.

The hotel is under renovation so it’s expected to have most of the anmineites closed. The staff were helpful. There’s plenty of shopping areas and restaurant in walking distance. 15 mins from Miami 20min Ft. Lauderdale. Only thing that I don’t like is that 125.00 accidental fee per night which to me is outrageous. Though they are willing to work with you. I only paid $200 for my 4 day stay. Overall a 3/5 it has the potential to be a great stay once the renovations are completed.

I didn’t know they were doing renovations at the property in advance…No gym no pool access…laundry only available from 9am-9pm /when you are coming from out of town you need to have access to all the amenities 24hours …the service from the staff was great.The parking garage was to tight and small
