Hotel lobby was under construction - n o seating and very limited breakfast. Room window looked right on to pool deck - opened curtains and people sitting right there! Expected better for the high price.

Customer service from receptionist was not great. Sure, she answered all the questions we had, but attitude was terrible. The place was also under reservation making a few amenities off limits.

Was a really clean and nice hotel... IHG properties rarely fall short. Minus some construction noise, it was a wonderful experience

Property was under construction. We did not stay at the property even though we were charged for the night. The person on duty was kind enough to call another property and got us a room and called us a cab after we explained our circumstances to him. At first he was not really any help at all. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The property is under renovations and was noisy at times. Staff was so nice it made up for any inconvenience. Noise stopped at respectable time. Newly renovated room. Things we really liked: great lighting in room, vinyl plank flooring (no carpet), convenient hanging.

They are remodeling this hotel and I was unaware until I got there at 3 AM. 80 percent of the lobby was closed and the main ientrance was closed. There were small signs on hotel exterior with arrows that went completely around hotel to the entrance. There was little exterior light which made it difficult to see. Also there was bad lighting at entrance. I could see a couple of people walking towards me that asked to “help”. I couldn’t even see their face. The table where I checked in was staffed by an unfriendly person. Who was not interested in the customer at all. The rooms however were clean though.

It’s a great property to stay at the night before a cruise. There is only a few restaurants around though so I would probably only stay at this place for one or two nights

The property was undergoing renovation. Room unclean. Lobby had a make shift desk due to construction. Staff seemed angry and disappointed about have their job. Property had no signs to find the hotel. Morning buffet was adequate at best. I will not be returning to this hotel.

I was charged by expedia $133.50 for each of the rooms which was a total of $267.00 however my hotel receipt was for a total of $109.48 for each room therefore I am wondering why expedia overcharged me $48.04. The hotel lobby was under construction however it was a very nice hotel with a great breakfast. It is very close to the airport. Liked that the parking garage was gated therefore we felt like our rental was safe. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

No one told us reception was under construction. Staff couldn't even be bothered to find some chairs for people to sit on while waiting for a room to be available. No seats for breakfast no bread or bagels, no orange juice. Let us know so we can book elsewhere!!!

The best part is Alexis, the front desk manager. The lobby was under construction and she had minimal space in which to work and to make the best of a bad situation. She took very, very good care of us. The breakfast was good given the makeshift breakfast area. One thing to note is that right now, there is no place to sit while waiting to check in or out. Our room was lovely and we were offered a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated.

Lobby is under construction. Table is set up with one unfriendly person checking people in. Parking is is a gated garage. You have to insert key to open gate coming and leaving. Gate is approx 8 feet

I am going to first off say KUDOS to Louis who was the driver AND person who brought us extra linens. He was wonderful - he did the best, with the extremely limited resources that he was given. However, in what customer service driven industry is it accepted to allow people to wait 2 hours for a complimentary transport AND yell at them when inquiring on the wait? In what reverse universal hotel industry do you have the same individual running linens and picking you up at the airport? Again - this was not Louis who yelled, it was THEE extremely unsophisticated individual who would picked up the phone, when requesting a pick up from the airport. We arrived at terminal 3, they advised us that we MUST go to 4 (which is the very last terminal). When arriving at the hotel, no apologies for the inconvenience were offered - we reside in a society where the consumer has become the burden (when burdened).
