Large variety of hot and cold items for breakfast. Staff was attentive. Room was clean but could use some furniture upgrades. Air conditioning in room was extremely loud. Overall this Residence Inn could use some upgrades as it seems to be getting old.

However a guest spilled french fries on the stairs leading down to the lobby (I was on 3rd floor) and they were there from the time I checked in on Saturday night till I checked out on Tuesday. The room was clean however beds were very uncomfortable with my husband and I ended up with terrible backaches, AC doesn’t work well, no phone line in my room. The staff was very nice. They offered me another room and a fan but all of the rooms have the same beds and old AC system. We booked for 4 nights I left at after 3. No reimbursement or future credit was offered. Due to the backaches we asked for a future night stay instead. Therefore, we were very disappointed.
