What an incredible hotel and stay. The new product and the staff were fantastic. I stayed here before and the new guest room is just perfect. I traveled to NC for my Daughter’s graduation and booked room 410 for two days. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and clean. They were also remodeling but not in the way that makes the hotel look messy. The gentleman that were doing the remodel respected the Guests and were clean and professional. The staff was great greeting you on the way in and out. The staff was there if you needed them. Great I mean Great customer service. I would highly recommend staying here if you ever visit Fort Myers Florida.
