"Room was immaculate. Parking was acceptable. Staff at check in was wonderful! We were awakened by housekeeping before we ever even woke up and were ready to leave. They knocked and then entered the room. We had to alert them that we were inside. Very dangerous for them to do that! "

"The bed was comfortable. The HVAC system worked well. The breakfast food was good. I’m impressed with the coffee makers in the lobby. We interacted with three staff members, all of whom were welcoming and pleasant. "

"Had to slam the door for it to catch and lock. Room was filthy. Not sure the cleaning crew had done anything but change the sheets. And even then the sheets had huge stains. The toilet paper holder in the restroom was one of those that needs a key to replace the roll, and empty. We essentially had a bulky side table to keep the roll on. Chairs had questionable stains and the wooden ones had even more questionable sturdiness. A/C barely moved the air, much less cool it. Then a staff member BANGED on our door to tell us check out, even though we were set to check out the next morning. I was not expecting 5 star accommodations for the price we paid. However, I would have expected to pay much less for the accommodations we got. "
