Very comfortable

The only thing I could complain about was the sound coming from the nearby highway. But I just lowered my room temperature and put the ac/ unit on all night to mask the sound from the highway. My bed was a welcome relief, I didn't want to get up it was sooooo comfortable 🙃. Staff was very professional and friendly. If I'm ever back in this area, this hotel is where I'm staying!!

The hotel was nice, clean and modern. It’s right next to a busy highway and that was apparent all night. I couldn’t seem to get the temperature of my room cool enough for me. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was mostly friendly but cool.

The hotel and parking lot are decent and rooms were good. The biggest downfall was after driving 5 hrs this morning then working 6 hours, by the time you get to hotel and try to relax watching tv then find out its broke. We tried everything and nothing. When i told the front desk i was told he was busy and could be 30n min later. Well no one showed up. 150 a night and couldn't even relax and watch some tv. Worst holiday inn experience I've had. Don't think I'll be back to this one

We stayed for 5 nights and the room was only cleaned twice. If the room was not cleaned by 12 noon it is not cleaned. The cleaning people quit at 12 noon. No clean towels. Desk personnel were hard to communicate with because of the language difference. The desk people tried their best were limited.

Pillow case had blood stain hair on the bed stains on the sheets towels were not very clean. I had two rooms and both were identical with dirtiness.
