“We had a fantastic time! Orlando (the owner), his family, and all of the staff were so kind and welcoming! We really enjoyed the thermal longevity circuit, plus we went tubing down the river which was a blast too! “The trees, birds, and butterflies around the property are beautiful. The ladies that checked us in were friendly. There was definitely a language barrier, and they didn't give us much information besides showing us to our room. The room was very basic, which is ok. The room had very strong plug in air fresheners, which was very overpowering and gave us head aches. The beds were rock hard and not comfortable, and 2 of the 4 pillows we had were moldy, which was pretty awful. We didn't notice...

“La route pour se rendre à l’hotel est terrible et dangereuse, il y a des trous énormes… Les chambres sont rustiques mais suffisantes. L’aménagement exterieur est magnifique, sources thermales, piscines et belle vegetation.
Le restaurant est assez ordinaires pour le prix, beaucoup de nos plats étaient trop cuit ou brûlée.
Pour conclure, à part les piscines naturelles , ça ne vaut pas le détour.”

“The location and property are absolutely beautiful! Incredible views! The grounds are kept meticulously! The rooms are clean and neat. The rooms are simple and yet elegant at the same time. The staff were very forgiving of my limited Spanish. A little harder to get to but worth the drive. The restaurant on property was excellent.
Just a small sidenote… There was no air conditioner in my smaller room. I knew this going into it and the nice breeze that was almost constant.”
